• A deposit is required to secure your booking: 25%–50% 
• Remaining balance due 14 days before the event or on the date.
• Changes or cancellations must be notified in writing. Deposits are non-refundable.
• Clients must provide safe, suitable conditions for catering (access to water, power, parking).
• Special dietary requirements must be advised 30 days in advance.
• Gourmet Grill Catering is insured, but not liable for guest behaviour, personal taste, events beyond our control & Allergen neglect.
